The Australian Universities Accord Final Report contains 47 recommendations for Government consideration and aims to create a long-term reform plan for the higher education sector to meet Australia’s future skills needs.

Postgraduate Associations across The Group of Eight calls for the government to recognise the detrimental impact Temporary Graduate Visa (485) reform will have on the international student community and Australia’s standing as a leading destination for higher education and research.

APS is now APS Inc.!
The newly incorporated APS will be able to deliver more and better services for postgrad students at the University of Queensland 🫶🏼

At this year's Annual Council Meeting, delegates and members of the Council of Australian Postgraduate Associations - CAPA resolved to restore APS' membership status alongside Sydney University Postgraduate Representative Association - SUPRA.
After nearly 3 years of uncertainty, we are pleased to be reinstated back into the Council, and will join our colleagues from all across Australia to advocate through a national voice.

💗HDR Wellbeing🧠
The 2023 HDR Well-being, Engagement, and Research Culture Survey deadline has been extended until EOD 8th December.

The HDR WERC survey was co-designed with student partners, advisors, and the Graduate School. It takes 15-20mins, and will be used to inform future initiatives to improve the HDR experience.
