A MOMENT OF PURE JOY! ⚽️💙

This is what football is all about! The emotions, the excitement, the celebrations and the beautiful bond between teammates.

Georgie steps up, keeps her cool and scores the winning penalty! What follows is pure magic — our U15 Girls celebrating together, sharing a moment they’ll remember for a long time!

So proud of this group of girls, their spirit, togetherness and the way they represented our academy throughout the tournament.

A massive congratulations to the entire team and a special thank you to Coach CB and Coach Josh and Kevin for their fantastic work!

More than football. More than a goal. Memories that last forever. 💙

Another Mini Premier Invitational done — and plenty to be proud of.

Our U6s lifted the trophy, continuing a great little tradition after both our U6 and U7 teams won the tournament last year. 🏆

But today was about much more than trophies.

Our U7 BLUE were outstanding. Their tournament ended in the semi-finals, but some of the football they played was seriously impressive. Brave in possession, composed under pressure, moving the ball with purpose and, most importantly, showing a clear identity in the way they play.

For us, that means more than any result.

Our U7 BLACK and U7 WHITE also had excellent tournaments, competing well and showing how much they continue to develop.

A massive thank you to Coach Robbie, Coach Daniel, Coach Hamish, Coach Fin, Coach Anthony and Coach Bailey for the impressive work with our teams and the work that goes on behind the scenes. The football and development we are seeing on the pitch is a reflection of that work.

And, as always, a huge thank you to all our parents for your support, commitment and trust. We couldn’t do what we do without you.

Very proud of all four teams today.

Results come and go. Developing footballers and building a recognisable way of playing is the real goal. 💙💛⚽️

🔥 SEMIFINALS VIBE. 🔥

This Saturday, the intensity goes up. ⚽️🏆

Everything we’ve worked for comes down to this — big games, big moments and a place in the EJL FINAL on the line.

The nerves.
The excitement.
The pressure.
The moments they’ll remember. 💙

Four teams remain. Two will make it through.

SEMIFINAL SATURDAY. LET’S GO! 🔥⚽️

There’s something special about the bond between a young footballer and a ball.

Before the trophies, before the teams, before the big games — it starts with a child and a football.

Hours spent dribbling in the backyard, kicking against a wall, carrying it everywhere they go. No pressure. No expectations. Just pure joy.

That love is where every football journey begins.

As coaches and parents, our job is to protect that passion, nurture it, and let kids fall in love with the game at their own pace.

Round 5 delivered a BIG one. 🔥⚽️

Coach Max BLACK 🆚 Coach Max YELLOW — two teams going at it, but most importantly, two teams wanting to PLAY football.

Quality on the ball. Confidence in possession. Great movement, combinations and plenty of personality from these young players. 👏

Games like this are exactly what the EJL is about — creating an environment where young footballers are challenged to compete, express themselves and play quality football.

Proud of both teams. 💙💛

These are our superstars. ⭐️⚽️

Young footballers with big dreams, a love for the game and so much ahead of them.

At this age, football should be simple.

Support them. Encourage them. Believe in them. Let them make mistakes. Let them learn.

Most importantly…

LET THEM PLAY. ❤️⚽️

No pressure from the sidelines. No expectations beyond their years. Just kids enjoying the beautiful game, building confidence, friendships and memories along the way.

They are the future of our game.

Let’s help them fall in love with football. 🙌

Football gives kids so much more than a game. ⚽️❤️

At a young age, they might think it’s all about scoring goals, winning games and getting better with the ball.

But along the way, something much bigger is happening.

They’re building connections. Sharing wins and losses. Travelling together. Training together. Laughing together. Learning to trust and support each other.

Teammates become friends.
And sometimes, those friendships last a lifetime.

Years from now, they might not remember every score or every goal…

But they’ll remember the people they shared the journey with. 🤝⚽️

That’s the beauty of football. The game ends. The connections don’t.

PRESENCE. LEADERSHIP. ⚽️

Leadership in youth football isn’t always about being the loudest player on the pitch.

It’s about presence.

How you react when you lose the ball.
How you communicate with your teammates.
How you carry yourself when things aren’t going your way.
How willing you are to take responsibility and demand the ball again.

A good player can influence a moment.

A leader can influence the whole team.

Be present. Communicate. Take responsibility. Lead by example. 💪⚽️
