As we head into school hols next week we wanted to share a little offer with you!

If the guitar person in your life (or maybe that’s you!) would like some lovely new strings on their guitar, we are offering a 10% discount on the usual price of our NuStringz service! $50 gets you a beautiful set of D’addario strings, and a great clean-up and polish of your guitar. This offer is only valid for our students and until the end of June ‘26.

So many of my students are off from their lessons tonight because they're all at Metallica, and honestly man, I'm more proud of them than anything else. Have fun everyone!

For any parents of any of our burgeoning electric guitarists who are looking for a Xmas present, this lovely Gretsch ProJet is on sale on behalf of a friend of the studio. Almost mint condition, with a Gretsch hard case to boot, recently strung and setup by Mikey! Seller is looking for $600, ask us about it or have a play at your next lesson!

Hi, Mike here. A student of mine is selling this Blackstar HT5 combo for a quite good price! Apart from being limited edition, and hence much cooler looking than mine; this is identical to the tube driven Blackstar HT5's in my studio that all of my electric students use weekly. They're a fantastic clean amp that serves as a great front end platform for pedals, but they have a rad overdrive channel, and a nice reverb. And they get loud!

If you're chasing a great amplifier for not a lot of money, hit me up and I'll get you in contact!

Little cyclone update from Stringz - at this point in time we are operating business as usual, and if you are ok, we'd love to see you for your normal lesson booking this week!

If anything drastic changes, I'm sure either we'll be in touch with you, or vice versa.
Take care!
-Mike

Hi friends. Mike here. For anyone who wants to hear or show any of the younger people who frequent our studio some of the music I make in my spare time, one of my bands Echotide has just released a new track. We're not a vocal band, it's more about the music and getting lost in it! Will put a few links below for various streaming services.

Hi!

We've had some domain issues with our website and email addresses this week just gone, so if you've emailed Mike or Paul in the last 7 days, just know the internet has very helpfully filed your email away into the "digital oblivion" section, and it's now gone and we very likely didn't receive it. Should all be working now! See you at lessons!

Hi everyone! Just a reminder given the current COVID wave and various other illnesses floating around out there:

If you're too sick to go to school or work, you're also too sick to go to your guitar lessons!

If you're feeling under the weather with anything (Covid or otherwise) please just let us know, we'll make sure you get caught up for the lesson again later when you're well! Our teachers have to sing frequently and speak to give lessons, and it can be downright impossible with a cold!

Stay healthy, catch you all soon!
-Paul, Mike, Wendy and Bonnie!
