Meat your Maker is a small Business formed in 2009 specializing in teaching people the art of making gourmet sausages and assorted small goods in the comfort of their own home, focusing on a high level of quality and knowledge to deliver a unique service Meat your Maker is a unique culinary workshop specializing in hand crafted small goods,home smoke house use and gourmet sausage making created by Daniel Cleaver in 2009.Daniel who comes from a back ground of fine food and chef work has been a butcher in specialty sausage and small goods shops for over 8 years always gaining new skills to pass on to his students.The classes are very relaxed and a lot of fun while gaining some very useful skills. Most classes are from 4 to 8 friends held at the hosts house, all equipment and meat is provided all you need is a kitchen or out door table and a group of fellow sausage enthusiists. you can also contact me through this facebook account.
