Term 4 Recreational Cheerleading starts Saturday 10th October.

Our recreational classes are a structured way for athletes to build confidence, coordination and new skills. Athletes learn stunting, tumbling, jumps and dance in a supportive team environment.

Our progressions are physio developed, with a focus on safe, correct technique. Coaches adjust each session so every athlete is appropriately challenged.

No previous cheerleading experience is required, and new athletes are welcome.

Classes for:
• 5 to 6 years
• 7 to 9 years
• 10 to 12 years
• 13 to 18 years

School Holiday Open Gym is on this Wednesday 30th September ⭐️

Looking for something active to do these school holidays? Join us for Open Gym, 6:00 – 7:30pm at 180A South Pine Road, Enoggera. A general class where athletes work on their stunting and tumbling skills with the support and supervision of our coaches. Come ready to stunt and tumble!

Please note Open Gym is not a beginner class. We recommend athletes are current BASC members, at least 8 years old or have previous cheerleading (or similar) experience. New to cheer? Send us a message and we will point you to the right class.

Sports like cheerleading. What do they create?

🌟Unbreakable bonds. Forever friendships. Parents - how often do you look back and the special friendships you made came from your extra curricular activities?

🌟Individuals who build skills related to trust, resilience, communication and more. Working towards a common goal, together, consistently builds character. Learning to communicate with your team mates and take ownership, and accountable to yourselves and others is a process.

🌟Strength, coordination, fitness and health for life. We all know now more than ever how important physical activity is for good health outcomes later in life. Need we say more?

🌟 Memory and cognition. Not only does it keep your kids physically active, it’s great for the mind. Learning counts, remembering routines, knowing where to go in relation to others builds awareness, works memory and more.
