💛 We’re proud to highlight Laisa today, one of the very first candidates to be accepted into a childcare internship at our newest childcare centre partner in Australia. 👶🌏

This milestone represents more than just a single opportunity. With a network of 12,000+ host organisations across Australia, we continue to grow and strengthen our childcare program through new partnerships, ensuring high-quality internship opportunities nationwide.

We don’t take our network for granted, we actively continue to expand it to reinforce our position as a leader in internship programs in Australia.

Laisa’s journey is a perfect example of the quality of educators joining our program. With many years of experience in Early Childhood Education, she shared how central her role is in supporting children’s development:

“As an educator, I am passionate about nurturing children and fostering emotional skills for each individual child under my care.”

Her experience reflects the heart of Early Childhood Education, patience, emotional resilience, and the ability to support each child’s development through tailored, play-based learning.

We are proud to support educators like Laisa as they continue their professional journey in Australia, and excited to see the impact she will make in her new internship.
Welcome Laisa! 🤗

Last Friday, we took a little moment out of our busy week to celebrate Katharina’s birthday 🎂✨

Katharina has been with us for more than 2 years, working as an IPS (Internship Program Supervisor), where she supports our candidates throughout their internship journey, from preparation to internship and everything in between. She’s often the calm voice behind the scenes making sure things run smoothly and that our interns feel guided and supported at every step.

Beyond her role, she’s genuinely one of those people who brings a warm, positive energy to the team, and somehow managing to keep everything under control even on the busiest days.

Happy birthday Kat 💛, and here’s to another great year ahead! 🎉

A quick reminder from our wonderful Office Manager, Beatriz 💙

Your CV is often the first impression you make, so it’s worth taking the time to make it clear, up-to-date, and well structured. A strong CV should clearly highlight your experiences, skills, responsibilities, and career goals, helping us better understand your background and identify the opportunities that suit you best.

💡 Extra tip: Go one step further than listing tasks. Focus on your achievements and the impact you’ve made. Whether it’s improving a process, supporting a team, managing responsibilities, or contributing to a project, real examples make your CV more powerful and memorable.

A well-prepared CV is not just a document — it’s a great way to show the unique value you can bring to a workplace.

From Brazil to Australia, and a story that started back in 2011 🇧🇷🇦🇺

Natalia joined us as a candidate over a decade ago and completed her internship in Australia through our program. What started as a placement quickly turned into something much bigger, her internship went so well that she was offered a role afterwards and continued building her professional experience here in Australia for several years.

Eventually, she made the decision to return to Brazil to be closer to her family, but her journey remains a powerful reminder of what meaningful international experience can lead to.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Natalia back into our Brisbane office while she was visiting Australia on holiday. It was a real joy to hear her reflect on her journey and the impact her internship had on her life and career. 💛 Thank you again Natalia!

Stories like hers are why we’ve been committed for so many years to creating internship experiences that are more than just placements, they’re stepping stones for real personal and professional growth.

Ready to take the next step in your own journey? what could your story look like? 🌟
