We set a challenge, our kindergarten children explored creativity using pairs of eyes as the starting point for our drawings.

The children shared their ideas and used their imaginations to transform the eyes into amazing creations!

From all kinds of animals and people to aliens, monsters, and other imaginative characters, the children came up with so many unique and creative ideas. 👀

This experience encouraged creative thinking, imagination, communication, and self-expression while giving the children the freedom to bring their ideas to life.

We loved seeing their confidence grow as they proudly shared their masterpieces with their friends and educators! 💛✨

Mud kitchen magic! 🌸

Our children have been busy creating, mixing and cooking up a storm with water, bark, petals and plenty of imagination!

The mud pit and kitchen area have become a wonderful space for pretend play, creativity, sensory exploration and, of course, cooking up delicious creations with friends. 💛

So much learning happens when children are given the freedom to explore, get messy and let their imaginations lead the way!

Our playground has had an exciting new addition... TYRES!

The children have been having so much fun exploring all the different ways they can use them.

From climbing and balancing to rolling and creating obstacle courses, the tyres have inspired endless imagination and active play!

These open-ended resources encourage children to develop their gross motor skills, coordination, problem-solving abilities and teamwork while having lots of fun outdoors. 😊

We love watching the children challenge themselves, build confidence and create their own adventures with our new playground tyres!

Float or Sink? 💧

The children became little scientists as they explored the exciting question: Will it float or will it sink?

Before beginning, they made predictions about different objects, sharing their ideas and reasoning with their friends. We then put these predictions to the test through a hands-on water investigation, observing which items floated and which sank.

Following our exploration, Miss Manpreet showed the children how to create their own boats using paddle pop sticks.

The children eagerly worked together, carefully gluing the sticks to build their boats before decorating them with their own unique designs.

It was a fun and engaging experience that encouraged curiosity, problem-solving, creativity, and early scientific thinking while providing plenty of opportunities for imaginative play. 🚩⛵✨

Creating a safe sleep environment is one of the many ways we care for children each day. From following safe sleep practices and using approved cots, to completing visual checks every 5 minutes, our educators take every step to help children rest safely and comfortably.

We also work closely with families to understand each child's individual sleep routine, because feeling safe, settled and well-rested helps children learn, grow and thrive.

Our kindergarten children extended on their learning, the children took part in a hands-on cooking experience where they prepared their very own sausage sizzle.

The children carefully cut their own bread rolls, helped cook and prepare their sausages, and independently added their favourite sauce and toppings.

There were lots of smiles, excitement, and proud moments as the children demonstrated their growing confidence, independence, and self-help skills.

They practised using kitchen utensils safely, followed instructions, made choices about their food, and enjoyed the rewarding experience of creating something delicious from start to finish.

The highlight was seeing the children's faces light up as they enjoyed the food they had prepared themselves.
