The greatest gift you can give someone is the ability to reflect on their thinking, behaviour and practice to understand the effect they have on the people and world around them.
That is what I strive for every day in my own work.
That is my leadership legacy; inspiring ordinary people to become extraordinary leaders.
So, in the spirit of Discipline 15 - Foster Learning - I am excited to launch The 15 Disciplines Legacy Program.
I’d love to see leaders at all levels nominate a promising leadership candidate who they believe would benefit from learning more about The 15 Disciplines.
Successful nominees will have 12 months access to my new Online Course at no cost (course value $995). See it here - https://lnkd.in/gDp56vB8
There are 10 places open in the 2022 Legacy Program.
Nominations close 25 February.
