🌱 Volunteer Wanted – Fete Plant Stall 🌱

Do you have a green thumb or simply enjoy gardening? We are looking for a volunteer to coordinate and run the Plant Stall at this year's Jindalee State School Fete

This is a fantastic way to support our school community, meet other parents, and help make the fete a success. The role includes helping organise plant donations, setting up the stall, and overseeing sales on fete day.

Whether you're an experienced gardener or just enthusiastic and willing to help, we'd love to hear from you!

🎶 Volunteers Needed – Winter Music Showcase 🎶

Thursday 11th June

Our Winter Music Showcase is coming up, and we're looking for a few volunteers to help make the evening a success!

We need assistance with:
🍽️ Serving food
🎟️ Selling raffle tickets
📦 Packing up at the end of the night

Whether you can spare 30 minutes or a few hours, any help would be greatly appreciated. It's a great way to support our students, meet other parents, and be part of a wonderful school event.

FETE NEWS!!

Our amazing Fete Convenors Lucy and Chloe and the amazing team of parent volunteers, are busy bringing this year’s fete to life, and we’re looking for a couple more helpers to join the fun!

🍻 Bar Volunteers Needed
We already have someone coordinating and setting up the bar, but we’re looking for a few parents with an RSA to help on fete day. If we have several volunteers, the day can easily be split into shorter shifts.

🌱 Plant Stall Coordinator Wanted
We’re also searching for a parent volunteer to help coordinate plant donations and set up our plant stall on fete day.
Neither role is overly time-consuming, and you’ll have plenty of support from the fete team along the way.

Please note if you have placed an order online for a performance shirt for Thursday's Winter Music Showcase orders will be packed and placed in the your child's classroom teachers pigeon hole on Monday for distribution.
