🏃‍♂️ Before School Running Club

We’re excited to launch our Before School Running Club for students starting in TERM 3!

🌅 Start the day the active way Running in the morning helps students wake up, feel energised, and be ready to learn for the day ahead. Regular physical activity is also linked to improved focus and on-task behaviour in class.

📅 Program Details
🗓 Days: Tuesday
⏰ Time: 7:50am for an 8:00am start 8:30 finish
📍 Location: UMGSS senior oval
👟 Who: All students welcome (all abilities encouraged!)

Fun, friendly atmosphere
- Walk, jog, or run at your own pace
- Goal setting and personal challenges
- Build fitness, confidence, and friendships

👉 How to Join:
Just turn up Tuesday mornings in your running clothes (please no school uniform you will get sweaty) and shoes 👟

Don’t forget to bring 💧water bottle (essential!), school uniform and a 😊 positive attitude

Parent support is welcome – come along and join the fun or help encourage our runners!

🥣 Urgent: Breakfast Club Volunteer Needed
Can YOU help?

Our wonderful Breakfast Club organiser, Sharon, is looking for an adult volunteer to assist with this much-loved program.

📅 Wednesdays
⏰ 8:00–9:00am
📍 PAC Kitchen

Breakfast Club has been supporting our students for many years, and Sharon is keen to continue providing this valuable service. With a long-time helper no longer able to assist, we’re looking for another adult volunteer to join the team.

If you can spare an hour on Wednesday mornings, we’d love to hear from you. Even if you’re not sure whether you can commit long-term, please get in touch to discuss how you might be able to help.
