LITTLE WINGS CHILDREN's CHARITY
Little Wings is a nonprofit organization providing sick children and their families, throughout regional NSW, with free ongoing flight and ground transport during the treatment process.
This month, the charity unveiled the 'Caladrius', taking its name from a Roman mythical bird that can take suffering, sickness and pain into itself to promote healing.
Their aircraft was purchased with the help of a three year grant ($100,000 a year) from the CommBank Foundation. The Commonwealth Bank employee charity, that supports organisations like Little Wings to deliver critical community based programs.

Women in Aviation, International (WAI) Australian Chapter is a national volunteer run not-for-profit organisation established to providing networking, education, mentoring and scholarship opportunities for young girls and women who are striving for challenging and fulfilling careers in the aviation and aerospace industries.
Their National Conference this year will have some incredible opportunities for all attending. This includes workshops, education sessions guest speakers, networking and mentoring.
