I've always been fascinated about shopping; what drives us to make our shopping choices and why we choose to shop where we do. It's now my PhD thesis and I'm specialising in researching grocery shopping in the UK. What will the future of shopping look like? Will we all shop online, in markets, at discount stores or grow our own?
