Many parents say their kids come home from school and go straight to screens 📱

Before they know it…
2–4 hours have disappeared.

What if even one of those hours was spent learning a skill they could use for the rest of their life?

🎸 That’s where my guitar lessons come in.

Students learn:

• Real songs they enjoy
• Confidence through music
• A hobby they actually feel proud of

People ask how I got into teaching guitar or even guitar.

I started playing guitar when I was 9, and it quickly became one of the most important hobbies in my life.

Music helped me:
• Build confidence
• Connect with friends
• Express creativity
• Participate in something meaningful

Now I love helping young students experience the same thing through guitar lessons.

Seeing students learn their first song or play something they’re proud of is always the best part of teaching.

🎸 Hi everyone! I'm Jas, the guitar teacher behind Neuma Music Academy.

I help kids and teens aged 8-18 learn guitar skills that they can use for the rest of their lives to connect with friends, family and themselves.

My lessons focus on:
• Building real guitar skills
• Playing songs students love
• Helping kids gain confidence through music

I teach students in West Brisbane (Forest Lake/Springfield/Oxley area) and I’m currently welcoming a few new students.
