A huge thank you to all the amazing dads and grandparents and mums who joined us for our special Father's Day Afternoon Tea 🥰
We had such a wonderful time together enjoying yummy sundried tomato 🍎scrolls, fresh fruit, beetroot dip, french onion dip and crackers 😋
There was lots of fun activities to enjoy including tie making, playdough, water play and soccer games ⚽️🎨💦
Thank you all for taking the time to come and celebrate with us. Your involvement and connection with our children mean so much to us ❤️

World Sight Day and National Sunglasses Day is celebrated on 27th June and is a great reminder of the importance of protecting children's eyes from harmful UV rays.
We are educating the children in a age appropriate way about the importance of protecting our health and well-being in a sun-safe way 😎
Wear your sunglasses everyday or collect some from the office tomorrow. We have some wonderful colour sunglasses in the office to borrow.

Kindergarten Under 8's Day was a huge success exploring the school they may be attending next year, visiting classrooms and outdoor play areas. The excitement built throughout the week and finally the big day out arrived 🙂
Getting on the bus was an exciting adventure for everyone, and the children learning about seat belt safety with the education team ensuring the children are safe. The fire engine inside and out was another exciting moment to explore. It was also wonderful for the children to connect with our education team sharing their voices, thoughts and excitement throughout the day.
What a fantastic experience creating confidence, curiosity and special memories for our Kindergarten children as they prepare fr their next learning journey 🥰
Thank you to McDowall State School Parents and Citizens Association for inviting us to a amazing day 🥰 Thank you to our parent volunteers for helping on this excursion 🥰
