Services provided by the IMG Mentorship Program is tailored to YOUR medical journey, and YOUR clinical experience.

Rather than sending a standard CV and cover letter, the IMG Mentorship Program will help you prepare your documents to tell your unique medical journey, whilst following a format which is deemed acceptable by Australian Hospitals.

Our interview training is very comprehensive, with dedicated 1-on-1 sessions, where we will discuss common clinical scenarios, as well as dissect common medical interview questions. Interview training sessions are aimed at improving your communication skills, both interpersonally and professionally.

The full IMG Mentorship Program is a step-by-step method in job hunting, where you will be provided with exclusive information regarding where to target, and how to approach hospitals.

Dear my fellow IMGs,

This page has been designed to provide services to IMGs struggling to find their first job in Australia.

I started this program by helping fellow colleagues that I’ve prepared the AMC 1 exam with, and soon realised that many IMGs out there can benefit from my services.

Despite completing my MBBS overseas, I grew up in Australia, and pride myself in my exceptional communication skills both in writing and speaking - a major aspect which IMGs unfortunately struggle with.

I, myself, have personally experienced the struggle of finding my first job (almost two years), however, after changing my approach - I soon had almost 7 offers to choose from.

With limited clinical experience, I know this is largely due to my local Australian communication skills, along with a meticulous approach.

To date, I have assisted 20 IMGs secure interviews (most of whom secured job offers) in the space of approximately 9 weeks, and am currently working with many more on the side.

In the world of AMC scammers, I can understand the reluctance to pursue such a program. However, upon inquiry, I can provide contact details of REAL doctors who have been part of my program, and they will happily disclose themselves their experiences and success.

If you select the full program, you will gain access to inside information with regards to which hospitals to target, as well as full support during AHPRA paperwork (if you successfully secure a job).
