This is a wake-up call!!!

Does your team members gave up on their dream?

I saw this video https://youtu.be/TkX-TPaodoM?t=58 and wanted to share with you a cool way to help your team members (and maybe – yourself) finding meaning in their current role.

How these people are look like?
They are aiting to do home, dis-engaged, not taking initiative and responsibility.

What can we do?
Our role is to accommodate – to take the horse to the water. We start the conversation because they matter to us.

How to start?
Ask them: What is missing? What is their song?
Listen without speaking.
Be prepared for “I don’t know”

What’s next?
If you see this working with your team, I have a special team budling offer for you. Send me a message or click the link to have a strategy session: https://calendly.com/shemi/strategy-session

Hi everyone,

This video shows what’s going into building a team.

The long, lonely and far from the spotlight hours are the essence of true leadership.

Reverse engineer the vision for your team and build the components of the team to bring the vision to life.
Setting up tangible goals (KPIs) of success for your team, long before you meet them.
Developing the objective criteria for whom you allow into your team.

Then, believe in your team, fighting for them because they are the right people. Because YOU see value in them.

I’ve recorded a short video in the Professional Leaders Round Table group, for our members only. In the video, I discuss this topic in depth.

If you want to improve your leadership skills, in a structured way, understand the sub-categories of leadership and learn how to benchmark these categories AND watch my video, you are welcome to join our community.

If you feel like your career is taking you nowhere, this post is for you.

Can you remember the last time you had a good day at work? Are you sitting at your desk and waiting for the day to finish?

I know what you’re asking yourself - Is that how it is supposed to be just a few years into my career?

I see YOU - It must be tough to be the “Good boy” who does everything by the book and yet feel empty. I can feel your pain.

The good thing – there is a way forward if you are ready to feel like yourself again. And I get it if you are not ready yet – you have commitments, and people are counting on you. That’s 100% ok.

BUT if you are ready – your future is already looking better. All you need to do is to message me and ask for the “Wheel of career” tool. This tool will help you to break down “EVERYTHING” to the “Sub-categories” and understand where you are right now, in a way that will help you to be positive about your future.

So, now it is up to you – message me and ask for the “Wheel of career” tool.

I’m looking forward to receiving your message.

Here’s to your bright future,

Shemi
