– Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Chile – all commemorate anniversaries of their independence from Spain.
Let´s mark these patriotic holidays with fireworks, parades and lots of food. Take a look at some traditional dishes for sharing and caring!
