Get to know our girl boss Esme 💓

We believe care doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from clinicians who question, research, and push things forward.

Esme is doing exactly that, stepping into a PhD focused on hysterectomy rehab to help raise the standard of care in women’s health.

And at WHC, that’s what we’re all about. Turning research into real-world impact 💓

We don’t need more noise in women’s health.
We need better interpretation of the research. So we spent the day looking at the latest evidence at The Research Update 💓

From heavy lifting with prolapse, and post-hysterectomy, to training through pregnancy, cycle syncing, and the peri/menopause transition, we sparked plenty of conversations around current practice.... and what’s the research ACTUALLY says

This was our inaugural TRU conference and definitely far from our last. We are gearing up for next years conference (mark your diaries) in March 2027, with a brand NEW TOPIC, in a NEW CITY!

What were your biggest takeaways from TRU?

Earlier this month, Esme & Elisha headed up to the Sunny Coast to deliver a perimenopause in-service with the team at ☀️

Real patients aren’t textbook cases, so your learning shouldn’t be either.

Our in-services are designed to upskill your whole team in women’s health, combining current research with real-world clinical insight you can actually use in practice.

You choose the topic, we bring the evidence, the nuance, and the “what do I actually do with this?” 💓
