That’s a wrap on Pyjama Week! 💤🧸

We’ve had so much fun getting cosy and comfy in our PJs while supporting the Pyjama Foundation and their wonderful work helping children in foster care feel safe, supported and connected.

A huge thank you to our amazing families for joining in and helping us support such a meaningful cause. We’ve loved seeing all the gorgeous PJs, big smiles and sleepy faces throughout the week! 🥰

🦷 ✨Dental Week ✨🦷

This week we celebrated Dental Week and we had a special visit from the dentist! 🪥😁

The children learnt all about the importance of brushing their teeth, how to brush them properly and how to keep their teeth super clean and super healthy. 🦷💙

💙🧁 Bake it Blue💙🧁

What a wonderful week we had baking, sharing and fundraising for a very important cause! 💙

Our rooms came together to Bake it Blue in support of Jeans for Genes, helping raise awareness and funds for children living with genetic diseases.

We are so proud to share that together, we raised an amazing $800🎉💙

A huge thank you to everyone who donated, purchased treats and supported our fundraiser. Your generosity and support made the day extra special. 🥰

🚒Fire Department Excursion 🚒

This week our centre had an exciting and educational visit from the local fire station as part of our ongoing focus on fire safety and emergency preparedness.

The children enjoyed meeting the firefighters, exploring the fire truck, learning about the important equipment they use, and discovering what to do in the event of a fire emergency

A big thank you to our local firefighters for sharing their knowledge, and helping make this a memorable learning experience. ❤️👨‍🚒

Watching little hands at work! 😊

Our Nursery children have been exploring their fine motor skills through a simple but engaging activity. They stuck colourful pom poms onto sticky tape placed on the wall.

This hands-on experience encourages hand-eye coordination, finger strength, concentration, and problem-solving, all while having lots of fun!

It's amazing how everyday materials can create meaningful learning opportunities and spark curiosity in our youngest learners. 🌈✨

Our Toddler 2 children have been having so much fun learning about their Australian animals! 🐨🦘

Through a messy sensory tuff tray, they explored what different Australian animals like to eat! From leaves for koalas to bugs, fish, and more! It was a wonderful hands-on learning experience full of curiosity, creativity, and fun. 💚✨

🐣 Henny Penny is back! 🐓

Our little learners have been so excited to welcome Henny Penny back to the centre!

For 11 days, we'll have the wonderful opportunity to watch these precious chicks hatch from their eggs. 🥚✨

This is such an amazing hands-on learning experience, filled with curiosity and excitement. We feel so grateful to share this special journey and can't wait to see the magic unfold! 💛

🖤💛❤️ NAIDOC Week ❤️💛🖤

Last week, our children explored and celebrated Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures by learning about NAIDOC week.

Together, we're fostering respect, curiosity and a deeper appreciation for Australia's First Nations peoples.

Our little learners had a fantastic time welcoming Ditto the Safety Lion in for an engaging session all about staying safe. Through songs, movement, and storytelling, the children learned important personal safety messages in a fun, age-appropriate way.

Thank you, Ditto for helping empower our children with valuable skills they'll remember. 💛

Things got pretty serious around here today with our keperra team... friendships were tested, team loyalties were declared, and there may have been a few passionate debates over whether Blue or Maroon is the superior colour. 😆

Our educators and little legends proudly rocked their State of Origin colours, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter, and team spirit to the centre.

Thankfully, the only tackles we saw were enthusiastic hugs, and the only penalties handed out were for stealing someone else's playdough! 😂
