Energy Efficiency for Class 1a projects

We're watching closely for Queensland's proposed Modern Homes standards updates, which may be introduced from 14th August 2026.

If adopted, QDC MP 4.1 – Version 1.16 may affect compliance pathways for small homes/secondary dwellings, and raised floor/suspended dwellings.
