Little Ducks Childcare New Farm

The children recently enjoyed a special Beekeeper Incursion with Teralba Bees. From exploring beekeeping gear and seeing live bees up close to tasting fresh honey, it was a wonderful, hands-on opportunity to learn about pollination and the vital role bees play in our ecosystem.

Navigating the transition to school is a major developmental milestone, and providing our community with clear, evidence-based guidance is central to how we support our young learners.

Celebrating First Nations cultures, our children crafted custom boats and flags for a collaborative river display! Each boat represents a unique identity, floating together in the same stream to show how our different stories and shared connections unite us.

Celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children’s Day with a reading of Somebody’s Land! The children explored culture, identity, and Country, learning how our unique backgrounds bring us together in one shared community.

A hands-on sushi-making experience filled with creativity, collaboration and confidence, while exploring healthy choices and Japanese culture.
