One of my favourite dishes on home soil πΉπ ΰΈ«ΰΈ₯ΰΈ is a creamy coconut based dip / sauce that you enjoy among fresh picked veggies as well as proteins such as a boil egg and crispy fried fish with a bowl of steamed jasmine rice. π² Hugs in a bowl: " Prawn Kow Tom" Thai style chunky congee with fresh prawns, crispy garlic, spring onion and chilli flakes. A great recipe using any left over rice which I sadly ran out of this morning lol
These "Australian King Prawns" come in many sizes and found on the Eastern, Western and Southern coasts of Australia. Their vibrant blue tail makes them easy to spot when raw.
