📢 Updated Timetable from October 6th

We’re excited to share a few updates to our timetable, with the new schedule starting Tuesday, October 6th.

These changes are all about making sure we continue to give our members the best training experience possible, while creating more opportunities for everyone to get on the mats and keep progressing.

🥋 For our families: our new Kids & Preteens BJJ classes will also begin on October 6th, running Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00–5:45pm. We’re really looking forward to seeing the kids get started!

There may be a few more little changes along the way as the program continues to grow, and we really appreciate everyone’s support and understanding.

As always, if you have any questions, just send us a message. ❤️

He’s been putting in the work and improving every week. Maybe it’s time to start thinking about making his debut soon… 👀🥊

Last weekend, the El Matador crew had the pleasure of taking part in a great event organised for us by Ray Coffey 🙏🏼

Plenty of laughs, good times and a great chance to spend some time together outside the gym.

A big thank you to Ray Coffey for organising it all. And if you’re ever looking for a drawing or painting teacher, Ray is your man — an incredibly talented artist! 🎨

We’re already looking forward to more team events like this. 👊🏼🙏🏼
