Did you know that as sunflowers mature they stop following the sun across the sky and instead face the east. They know that at the end of each night that is where the first rays of morning light will find them. No matter what you are going through, lift your head and wait, dawn will come, the sun will rise again and warmth will fill your heart anew.

Born from a dream to create spaces people can come to heal, stay to dream and leave equipped to act, Sunflower Sight is a work of my heart. As a retreat facilitator, and a woman who has walked through dark nights, I am always seeking to create spaces women can turn their faces to the sun and looking for ways to love and celebrate those around me.
