Job Title: Education Agent / Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:The Education Agent / Administrative Coordinator will support daily operations related to international student placement, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks, coordinating homestays, and maintaining clear communication with students, families, schools, and host families. This role requires cultural sensitivity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support
Handle email and phone communication with students, host families, and schools
Maintain accurate student records and documentation
Prepare reports, forms, and student-related materials
Assist with visa documentation and compliance paperwork
Organize and maintain office files (digital and physical)
Find the work experience places
Homestay Coordination
Recruit, screen, and match host families with international students
Conduct orientation and provide ongoing support to host families and students
Coordinate airport pickups and travel arrangements as needed
Serve as the liaison between students, host families, and schools
Student Support
Assist students with school enrolment, orientation, and integration
Monitor student well-being and academic progress
Help resolve issues related to housing, academics, or cultural adjustment
Other Duties
Provide translation or interpretation support (Japanese/English), if applicable
Assist with event planning or cultural activities for students
Qualifications:

Experience in administrative or coordination roles (education or international field preferred)
Have previous experience in similar role preferred (travel agency ,education sector, international agency, etc)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Japanese culture and language is highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
High level of cultural sensitivity and empathy
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for local travel, if required)
Holder Australian citizen or Permanent Visa
Japanese language skills (verbal and written)
Experience working with international students or in a cross-cultural environment
Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $32.50 per hour (including casual loading fee)

Expected hours: 21 per week（3 days a week)
