Excellence in Music: Fanfare Regional Finals 🎻

We are incredibly proud of our talented string ensemble, who recently performed at the Fanfare Regional Finals.

After being selected as one of only four primary school string ensembles to progress to the Metropolitan North Regional Finals, our students represented Kenmore State School proudly and with exceptional musicianship. Their hard work and commitment were evident and they should be immensely proud of this outstanding achievement.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs Harle and Mr Ruckels for their dedication towards the students.

🌟 Junior Athletics Carnival 🌟

What a wonderful day we had yesterday at our Junior Athletics Carnival! Our youngest students embraced every activity with enthusiasm, confidence and big smiles, making the day a fantastic celebration of participation and fun.

From running races to skill-based challenges, every student had the opportunity to get involved, encourage their classmates and enjoy being active. It was wonderful to see such excitement and school spirit throughout the morning.

A heartfelt thank you to our staff, volunteers and families for helping create such a positive and memorable event.

🧥👟🧢 Lost Property Reminder 🧢👟🧥

Our lost property collection has grown over the last term! If your child has misplaced a jumper, hat, lunchbox, water bottle, or other item, please take a moment to check the lost property area.

We encourage all families to clearly label belongings with your child's name to help us reunite items with their owners.

Any unclaimed items remaining after 26 June 2026 will be donated to support our school community.

Thank you for helping us keep lost property under control and get these items back where they belong! 😊

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Senior Athletics Day 2026 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Last Friday, our students showcased outstanding athletic ability, determination and house spirit at our Senior Athletics Day. From the track to the field events, students gave their all and demonstrated great sportsmanship throughout the day.

Congratulations to all students who participated and contributed to making the day such a success. A special congratulations goes to Kennedy House, who were crowned our 2026 Senior Athletics Day Champions! 🏆💚
