The children are eager to visit their Lizard house soon, with Bush kindy resuming for term 3 in a couple of weeks🦎🌿

Our kindergarten children have been hard at work creating a Lizard House, a safe little habitat designed to welcome our local lizards and encourage native wildlife to visit.

As they build, the children are learning about caring for the environment, respecting the creatures we share our space with, and how even small actions can make a big difference for local ecosystems.

The National Quality Standard (NQS) has 7 quality areas that are important for better health and education outcomes for children.

Our garden program helps the children learn about sustainability, nutrition, care and empathy. We need to nurture and gardens for them to grow. Our little learners do a great job 😀🌿🌻
