💞Even Kinesiologists need Kinesiology 😍
Today, I was the client, not the practitioner.
After a week of intense lower back pain and significant restriction requiring bed rest, pain meds and no gym 😫, I decided to reach out for support.
I'm already noticing huge changes for the better. I think I will sleep well tonight and I look forward to seeing more improvements in the next few days
