Our brand new WID AI Accelerators are officially open for enrolment. With two live, cohort-based courses, are you ready to build your AI advantage, one level at a time?

🔹AI Ready (Level 1) is for the AI-beginner. From zero to building your own AI assistant by Week 8.
🔹AI Capable (Level 2) is for the ones ready to lead. Build the business case and the systems your team needs.

You will also get access to industry mentors through our mentor circles, and a community of peers, not a library of videos. Each week is a live one-hour online session (recorded if you can’t make it) plus homework and application.

We are also excited to introduce our facilitator, Kara Bombell, cofounder of EthicAI. Kara holds qualifications in AI and Business Strategy from MIT Sloan and the Ethics of AI from the London School of Economics, and now runs EthicAI, helping organisations embed AI and automation in ways that serve business goals and the people doing the work.

We've spent the past few weeks reading every single WID National Awards nomination that came through, and honestly, we are blown away. The calibre of talent, leadership and impact across our community this year is something else. Every story reminded us exactly why this program exists.

Women in Digital is building the next generation of our AI education pathway, taking women from their first AI prompt through to leading AI strategy at an organisational level.

We're looking for someone to design the curriculum for AI Ready (6 weeks) and AI Capable (8 weeks). This is a genuine build from the ground up, original frameworks and content, not adapting someone else's IP.

We'd also love this same person to facilitate the live sessions. Apply for design, delivery, or both, your call.

What we need:

🔹A confident, hands on user of AI tools across multiple platforms
🔹Someone who can translate technical ideas into plain language for people at every starting point
