This has to be one of our favourite projects to date. And we have been excitedly waiting to share it with you.
What started as a modest single-level home in Kenmore has been transformed into a spacious family retreat designed for modern living. Through a carefully considered renovation , we created a home that not only meets the needs of a growing family but feels seamlessly connected to the original residence.
Seeing a home evolve into a space where families can create memories for years to come is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

This downstairs renovation in Chapel Hill transformed the space with a brand-new kitchen, laundry, spare room, washroom, and bathroom.
It's always rewarding to look back on projects like this and see how much a well-designed renovation can enhance both the functionality and feel of a home.
A big thank you to our clients for trusting us with their vision, and to Beacon Building Group for bringing it to life.

This beautiful repurposed furniture piece has been transformed, by the clients, into a bespoke vanity for the new Norman Park ensuite, bringing warmth, character and a sense of history to the space.
Sometimes the most special pieces are the ones with a story to tell. And this grand old lady has many. Beacon Building Group

The weather in Brisbane hasn’t been playing ball lately, and today’s site visit in Bunya was no exception. 🌧️🏡
Despite the rain, it’s incredibly exciting to see this project taking shape. The new open-plan living and entertaining spaces are beginning to come to life, and we can already see how transformative this renovation will be for our clients.
We can’t wait to watch the vision become reality over the coming months.

A thoughtful extension can transform the way a home functions while preserving the character that makes it special.
We’re currently working on a garage and first-floor bedroom extension for a local family, carefully designed to complement the home’s traditional architectural character. Our approach has been to create additional space and functionality while ensuring the new works feel like they’ve always belonged.
We love helping homeowners unlock the potential of their homes through considered, context-sensitive design.
If you’re thinking about extending, renovating, or improving your home, we’d love to chat.

This little duckling in Kenmore has officially started its transformation. The clients wanted something a little outside the box while still keeping touches of mid-century modern character, and these are some of the facade concepts we explored along the way. Excited to share the journey as it unfolds.
