Mechanical Engineering Student Society UQ The Mechanical Engineering Student Society (MESS) of UQ is a club run by students to benefit our members.
We aim for a 50/50 split of social and professional events and are known on campus for being good at both. Getting involved in MESS is a great way to get more involved in campus life as we are one of the most active student clubs on Campus. In addition to social events, we run Networking events with research staff on campus, networking events with industry professionals, host industry seminars and provide study support to our members.

This is your chance to see engineering in action at one of Australia’s key refining sites. Chemical engineers get priority, but we’ve got a few spots for our mech friends too 👷♀️👷
