New research article out now: Urban parks, value uplift and green gentrification: An application of the spatial hedonic model in the city of Brisbane, by Marta Bottero, Caterina Capriolia, Marcus Foth, Peta Mitchell, Markus Rittenbruch and Marco Santangelo. 🇮🇹 🇦🇺

This study’s property economics modelling analysis indicates the conversion of Brisbane's Barrambin / Victoria Park from a golf course to public parkland will increase property prices by an average of 3% within 750m of the park. The article also discusses challenges of green gentrification and suggests possible policy responses.
