Bay House Early Education

🦆Frequent head counts are an important part of our day, can’t say the same for this little ducklings’ parents. They waddled into Bay House a little lost & scared.

Thankfully Mr Tom came to the rescue! Duckling was kept warm until Wildlife Rescue could collect, but not before the Jnr Kindy & Kindy children got a look at our fluffy friend.🦆

💚 Each day we build trusting relationships with children, so they know they can speak to us.

Children are taught about personal boundaries through stories & play.

Families are supported to promote safety at home via tips & shared resources.

We work together so every child feels safe, heard & valued, this week & every week 💚

🩵Happy Early Childhood Educators’ Day to our amazing team!🩵

We are so lucky to have such an incredible team, they are what makes Bay House so amazing. We are so grateful for the difference they make to our families and children each day.

Today we showed our appreciation to our team by gifting them a ‘magic wand’ complete with gift card to wave over their purchase at a number of shops, a delicious morning tea & commemorative shirt.

Bay House is a warm, safe & welcoming place thanks to our wonderful Educators. The future starts with us!

🧩Our Kindergarten children have shown a strong and ongoing interest in puzzles, regularly engaging in activities that challenge their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Over the last month the children have been collaboratively working on this 300 piece puzzle each day. This group project has provided opportunities to build persistence, concentration, spatial awareness, resilience and teamwork.

When they finally completed this puzzle the joy and sense of achievement was evident from the celebration of the whole group. This puzzle project has encouraged the children to embrace challenges with enthusiasm and pride in their accomplishments.🧩
