I have worked in early childhood for over 35 years and have held a variety of roles from educator to centre director. For the last 8 years my role has included conducting assessment and ratings , mentoring and coaching educational leaders as well as development and delivery of a range of webinars for the early childhood sector. I have spent most of my career in Scotland where I spent 15 years as a early childhood regulator.
