A busy month! I'll be cheering on my Aussie brothers at IMLBB this month .qld.leather.2025 and a performance.

A big congrats to Cal for taking out Mr Australian Leather 2026! Excited to see what you'll get up to for the next year. Also big props to D Meaner and Koda .bootblack.2025 who will be continuing in their roles as Ms Australian Leather and Australian Bootblack for a second year.

A big shoutout to fellow entrants Cooper and , it was great being alongside you. Amazing work whose torch has finally been snuffed, and thanks to the other judges Bear, Tim , Shane and tallymaster Mia .

Final shoutout to the Aus Leather Board and their volunteers, including Morgan, , .dragon.339 and .qld.leather.2025. I know how much work goes into producing a contest especially given your constraints.

Great to teach at the Intro to Rope course at Boot U last weekend. We had our biggest turnout ever which had me running off my feet, some very quick learners though. For those who want more info, there's good tutorials on YouTube (just search "single column tie") or there's some structured courses in Brisbane (go to the events tab on fetlife).
