It was great to welcome students from Tokunoshima, Japan, to Brisbane as part of the Charlton Brown Study Tour Program.

During their time in Brisbane, the students visited Brisbane City Hall and the Queensland Museum, exploring the city while learning more about Australian culture and local history.

Study tours are a great way for students to practise English outside the classroom, experience a new culture, and build confidence along the way.

Thank you to the Tokunoshima Town Board of Education for visiting us. We hope the students enjoyed their time in Brisbane and took home some great memories from their trip.

We're proud to see students from UniTrack, Charlton Brown's higher education pathway division, developing future-ready skills through the AI for Business: Workflow Automation Workshop.

Led by Corrie Dark, AI Advisor, Digital Business Advisor, and CEO of Integrity AI, the session explored practical applications of Artificial Intelligence in workflow automation, productivity, and business decision-making. Students also gained valuable insights into the responsible and ethical use of AI in today's workplace.

Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) -> Master of Business (48 credit points advanced standing)

This partnership opens up flexible study options, providing students with a seamless transition, credit transfer benefits, and a clearer road toward their academic and professional goals in business.

🎓 Your Pathway to JCU: James Cook University, Australia starts Here!

Charlton Brown is excited to introduce new UniTrack packaged pathway programs with James Cook University Brisbane, giving international students a seamless pathway from vocational education to university.

Students can now package selected Charlton Brown UniTrack courses with eligible James Cook University Brisbane degree programs under a packaged CoE.

Available pathways:

💻 Diploma of Information Technology → Bachelor of Information Technology

We’re excited to share an important milestone for Charlton Brown.

Charlton Brown is now officially accredited by Education Queensland International (EQI) to deliver Group Study Tour Programs within Queensland Government Schools.

This achievement strengthens our ability to provide international students with engaging educational experiences that combine academic learning, cultural exchange, and meaningful connections with Queensland communities.

Earlier this week at Charlton Brown, we were invited to present during lunch time about QSTARS, with follow up Q&As.

QSTARS stands for the Queensland Statewide Tenant Advice and Referral Service. It is a free statewide advice and referral service for Queensland renters.

QSTARS aims to provide all Queensland renters with high quality, free, independent tenant advisory services that assist tenants to manage and sustain their tenancy

It was great to speak with so many students and help them understand that the QSTARS program is here to help regarding tenancy issues, any renting questions and explain how to access support. Thank you for having us!

The QSTARS program is managed by Tenants Queensland and delivered in collaboration with partner organisations across Queensland.

TQ has nine offices in Queensland and operates regional QSTARS offices in collaboration with partner organisations; Community Plus+ West End Community House, Community Plus, Community Plus+ Yeronga Community Centre, Community Plus+ Annerley Community Hub, HBNC (Hervey Bay Neighbourhood Centre), Mackay Regional Community Legal Centre Inc., Tasc Community Legal Centre, Enhance Care and Irasi.
