🚶‍♂️ Man Lok on his way to 450 Queen Street – a $300M game-changer for Brisbane!

Originally built in 1974, this 24-storey tower is getting a major transformation into one of Australia’s most sustainable commercial buildings. Designed by Fender Katsalidis and delivered by Buildcorp, the project will feature:

✅ Adaptive reuse of the existing structure
✅ One of Australia’s tallest vertical CLT extensions
✅ A 1,500m² addition over three new levels
✅ A huge reduction in embodied energy compared to traditional builds
