🌱Mental Health First Aid Training (2-day course by Australian Red Cross )
International students are invited to participate in this free Mental Health First Aid training. Throughout the two-day course, participants will gain skills in recognising mental health warning signs, understanding risk factors, how to give appropriate initial help and how to take appropriate action if a crisis situation arises.
