If you're thinking of taking an English language proficiency test for work or study abroad, PTE is the best option. PTE Academic is English Language test that assesses the four key skills of listening, reading, speaking and writing. Unlike IELTS, PTE Academic is purely computer-based and completed in a single sitting in around two-hours. The results are typically available within 48 hours.
