Gift of the Week is.....Reflective.
As we approach Week 10, it is a wonderful time to pause and reflect on everything that has happened during Term 2.
At Nundah, we encourage our students to think about their experiences both inside and outside the classroom. When we do something fun, new or challenging, it is helpful to stop and ask ourselves: How did it go? What did I enjoy? What could I do differently next time?
Reflection helps us understand how we learn and how we can continue to grow. Being reflective means thinking about our actions, choices and feelings, and using those thoughts to improve and try new things.
This week, students will also have the opportunity to be involved in the Student Council Cupcake Competition, which is a great chance to reflect on creativity, effort and teamwork.
As Term 2 comes to a close, let’s all take a moment to be reflective and appreciate how far we have come this term.
We wish everyone a safe, happy and restful mid-term break.
Enjoy your holidays!!

Our Gift of the Week is... Resilient.
This week at Nundah, we celebrate resilience, the ability to keep trying, stay positive through challenges, and support one another along the way.
As we look ahead to our Athletics Carnival, we encourage all students to show resilience by giving things a go, trying their best, and demonstrating encouragement and teamwork throughout the day. Whether competing in events, cheering on classmates, or stepping outside comfort zones, resilience helps us grow in confidence and character.
This week we also acknowledge School Cleaners Day and thank our wonderful cleaning staff for the resilience, care and dedication they show every day in helping keep our school safe, clean and welcoming for everyone.
Resilient learners finish strong. Let’s continue to approach the week with courage, pride and a belief in how far we can go when we keep trying.

Behind every bright classroom, sparkling hallway, and welcoming learning space is a team of incredible people who work tirelessly each day – our school cleaners.
On Monday 15 June, we take a moment to recognise and celebrate the care, pride, and dedication our cleaners bring to our school community. Their work often happens quietly behind the scenes, but its impact is felt by every single student, staff member, and visitor who walks through our gates.
From early mornings to late afternoons, they help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where learning can thrive. Thank you for all that you do💙
