🌿✨ Welcoming Spring at Kids Club Malabar! 🌸

Our little explorers headed outdoors on a nature collection adventure, gathering leaves, flowers and other natural treasures from around their environment 🍃🌼

After investigating their discoveries, the children brought their collections back inside and used them to inspire their very own creations! 🎨🌿

From collecting and investigating to designing and creating, this beautiful experience encouraged curiosity, creativity and a deeper connection with the natural world 🌱💚

A beautiful way to welcome Spring and watch little imaginations bloom! 🌷☀️

🍎✨ Little hands, big discoveries at Kids Club Gosford! ✨🍎

Our curious little learners stepped into the wonderful world of apples, exploring everything from the life cycle of an apple tree to the different parts, varieties and textures of apples 🌱🍏

Using magnifying glasses, real apples and hands-on learning materials, the children looked closely, investigated, compared and made their own discoveries 🔍🍎

Because some of the best learning happens when children are given the opportunity to touch, explore and wonder🌿✨

🧪✨ A little bit of science, a whole lot of magic at Kids Club Hamilton! ✨🧪

Our little scientists stepped into the Magical Potion Lab, mixing, pouring, experimenting and watching their colourful creations come to life! 💜🩷💚

Through hands-on sensory play, the children explored cause and effect, experimented with different materials and used their imaginations to create their very own magical potions. ✨

Curious minds + messy hands = the best kind of learning! 🫧🌈

🇨🇱✨ Celebrating Chilean Culture at Kids Club Malabar! ✨🇨🇱

Our children had a beautiful opportunity to explore Chilean culture as our Centre Director, Claudia, proudly shared a piece of her heritage with them ❤️💙🤍

Dressed in traditional Chilean clothing, she introduced the children to the sounds of the accordion 🪗 before the children created colourful remolinos (pinwheels) inspired by Chilean celebrations and traditions.

A special day celebrating culture, diversity and belonging within our Kids Club Malabar community 🌎✨

🚔💙 Community Connections at Kids Club Elizabeth Street! 💙🚔

Our Preschool children had a very special visit from local Police Officers for a fun and engaging community safety talk! 👮‍♀️✨

The children learned about the important role Police play in keeping our community safe, asked lots of questions and enjoyed connecting with our special visitors.

Making the experience even more meaningful, one of our visiting officers is the grandmother of one of our very own Kids Club children! 🥹💙

Welcome to the Kids Club Gosford Fish & Chip Shop! 🐟🍟✨

Our little shopkeepers have been busy taking orders, serving customers, preparing their fish and chips and exchanging money through imaginative play! 🤍

Through this experience, children are building their communication, social skills, creativity and early numeracy, all while exploring familiar real-world experiences through play.

Because some of the most meaningful learning happens when children are given the space to imagine, create and play together 🐚🌊

🎶 Please stop, I don’t like that. I’m feeling uncomfortable, I need more space. 🎶

Such powerful words for little voices to learn.

At our service, child safety and protection are not something we focus on for just one week - they are embedded into our everyday routines, conversations, relationships and learning experiences.

Through songs, role play, intentional teaching and daily interactions, children are supported to understand personal boundaries, recognise when something doesn’t feel right, confidently use their voice and know that their feelings matter.

We also support children to respect the boundaries of others, understand personal space, and identify trusted adults they can turn to when they need help.

Child Protection Week gives us an important opportunity to shine a light on the practices we value every day: empowering children with the language, confidence and knowledge to feel safe, heard and respected. 💙
