What isn't okay is keeping yourself in a stressed state 24/7. It impacts your sleep and your emotions, therefore your relationships, your work and your functionality as a human being. I have two whole modules dedicated to cultivating calm and sitting with emotions. You can chat with me to find out more.

Alright, it’s time…

I pulled one of these cards early this morning, and when I sat down to journal I pulled another… BOTH about leadership.

I’m in the process of renaming my Group Coaching Program (we’re close, I can feel it). For now, here’s what it’s about:

- stepping into a more empowered version of you
- cultivating a regular state of calm and safety
- showing up for the life you want and the relationships you desire
- feeling safe to speak up
- honouring and loving your unique authentic self
- removing the conditioning and cages that have been confining you up until now
- becoming your own life coach, using the tools we go through to reframe your thoughts
- creating a healthy relationship with your emotions and
- learning how to have fun again, without needing booze

Are you feeling the call? You’ll know. Now, tomorrow, in a dream two weeks into the future, you’ll know if this is meant for you.

Join the waitlist for this group coaching program through the link in my bio or at msha.ke/ashlopez .

As I close up my time with yet another coaching client, I thought I’d reflect on how my clients feel working with me.

I need to take a moment to let this settle in because it feels so wild that I can provide such a safe space for others, when many years ago I struggled to get out of bed and didn’t want to exist anymore…

So much is possible for you when you allow yourself the opportunity, when you listen to that little niggling voice that wants better for you, and when you allow yourself to receive support ❤️

As a chronic overthinker, I’ve learned the hard way how I best make decisions…

Being in the in-between works swimmingly for me… IF I’m willing to lean into trust.

And trust is a hard thing to learn if you’re prone to anxiety, fear, stress and overthinking… but it’s not impossible, because I’ve done it! Time and time again.

Which is why I’ve included Trust in the first module of my group coaching program DIVINE FEMME. Feel free to join me, we start in Oct-Nov ✨

P.S. for my fellow astrology fans, I’m a triple air sign. I think that says it all 👀 🤣
