π‘ At Story House, feedback is not limited to one conversation a year.
Our Continuous Feedback Model creates regular moments for Story House-ers and managers to reflect, discuss performance, review progress and set meaningful development goals.
What could not fit in the graphic is the deeper purpose behind the model.
March includes a formal appraisal, where self-assessment and manager feedback are connected to our core and role-based skills framework.
The June, September and December check-ins then help keep goals active, relevant and supported throughout the year.
𧩠It is all part of creating a workplace where growth feels clear, feedback feels meaningful, and every Story House-er can see how their development journey fits into the bigger picture.

π‘ In early childhood education, relationships are not separate from learning. They are the foundation of it.
Relational pedagogy reminds us that every interaction matters. The way we listen, respond, encourage and connect influences how children see themselves, others and the world around them.
π¨ For educators, this means creating environments where children feel safe to explore, confident to contribute and supported to thrive.
Because meaningful learning begins with meaningful relationships π
