A huge shoutout to Pergolux — this louvre roof system has completely elevated this Bulimba townhouse.

With integrated LED lighting and electronically controlled opening and closing fins, it delivers the best of both worlds — natural light when you want it, and reliable protection from the rain when you need it.

A clean, architectural finish that not only looks the part, but adds real functionality to the space.

Now we just need that corten steel edging to do its thing 😍

And for the Bulimba locals… yes, that is the man, the myth, the legend up the ladder.

Big job...? The right machine makes all the difference.

A big thank you to Master Hire for the seamless service — delivered on time, no fuss, and exactly what was needed for the job.

For this townhouse, new trim was installed right up to the roofline to ensure the property was watertight once again.

Finished off with fresh silicone and paint, this one is now looking sharp and protected for the long term.

Quality workmanship, the right equipment, and a clean finish — exactly how we like it.

What a journey...

What seemed like a simple project quickly turned into a lesson in patience, persistence, and sticking to the vision.

After five quotes from three different companies and a wait of almost four months of trying, we finally found a supplier who understood exactly what the client wanted and delivered the goods.

✔️ Matches the existing fencing
✔️ Increased privacy
✔️ Maintains an open and spacious feel

It's easy to settle for the quickest or cheapest option, but sometimes the best results come from taking the time to get it right.

This project was a great reminder that good design isn't just about what you add—it's about creating a solution that looks like it was always meant to be there.

We think this one was worth the wait.
