CHECK YOUR PLANTS.

I chose to use a new type of pot for the mother plant, in a few weeks I noticed the soil was constantly wet. I left it for a few weeks longer, and when I finally repotted, the node was black rotted, roots were smooshy. I lost ALL of the seeds from the mother plant and 80% of its roots systems and chopped off the node/stem in half with a butcher knife 🫣

So be sure to check your plants and the drainage on your pot. Also any mould, over-watering & mushrooms in winter!

I’ve finally repotted, no longer using the irrigation system it came with, and drilled a LOT of holes in the pot to be sure this doesn’t happen again.

Wish her luck! I truly hope I don’t lose the Mother plant 🙏
