Last week, our futsal players took to the court with great skill and spirit! ⚽️
Students represented St Ita’s with so much pride and we couldn't be prouder! A huge congratulations to those selected to represent Qld City at the National Championships later this year — we’ll be cheering you on!

Our wonderful Year 6 leaders were incredible last Friday during Peer Support 💛
They guided their small groups made up of students from Prep to Year 5, continuing the relationships they have been building all term. Together, they explored strengths and skills, developed an understanding of their group members, and shared with one another as they continue getting to know each other.
Such a beautiful way to explore feelings, build connection and grow together. 🌟

Our Book Fair is almost over!
It has been wonderful to see so many families visit and support our Where The Wild Things Are Book Fair 📚💚
There are just 2 days left to shop in the Library:
Thursday – before & after school
Friday – before school
Last chance to grab a great book or donate one to our library!
✨ A special moment for our community ✨
We were fortunate to be selected as part of Brisbane Catholic Education’s newest campaign, celebrating the origin story of Catholic education and the journey of our schools.
Can you spot some familiar St Ita’s faces in the video?

Today we joined millions across Australia for National Simultaneous Storytime 📚💛
We loved sharing Luna Roo — a story full of courage, teamwork and never giving up. A big thank you to Mrs P (our very own Luna Roo! 🦘) for making the day extra fun!
Each class celebrated a special student, inspired by Luna’s message of being brave, kind and trying their best.
Today was a beautiful reminder of the importance of reading — we hope it sparks even more stories at home and school. We also can’t wait for our Book Fair next week!
Keep believing in yourselves, children — you can do amazing things ✨
