Evidenced-based teaching online strategies are at the heart of my business and the PD that I deliver. The reason I can continuously share insights with educators is my ongoing investment in research (I love my job! Getting to talk to so many learners and educators every year is a real treat).

I get to hear their perspectives and experiences around all sorts of learning elements, and of course I get to dive into all the research that's happening around teaching online. In this weeks quick-tip video (3:19) I share with you a common problem in learning content that you may not have picked up on ... and it's the use photographs. Here you'll learn why clipart can sometimes be better than photos.
A concern that's often raised by some educators is that the shift to online, or the increase in technological tools, will displace their educator role.
