Congratulations to Katie on being recognised as our Team Member of the Month!

Katie consistently demonstrates amazing leadership skills through her proactive approach, strong awareness, and commitment to supporting those around her. She is always on top of what needs to happen, notices the little things that make a big difference, and naturally steps in wherever needed to support her team.

Her initiative, reliability, and ability to lead by example do not go unnoticed and have a positive impact across the team every day. Katie’s dedication and care help create a stronger, more connected environment for everyone.

🐣✨ Exciting things are happening at Bask Early Learning Springwood! ✨🐣

Yesterday, Henny Penny arrived for there two week visit, and today we’ve already welcomed three beautiful chicks who have hatched in our incubator! 💛

Over the next 24 hours, the chicks will rest and dry off before joining the enclosure. It’s been a wonderful opportunity for our children to witness the magic of new life and learn about the life cycle firsthand.

We’d love for you to come in and see these adorable little arrivals!🐥

Our hearts are with the families, children and educators of Treehouse Early Learning Centre Kingston following last night’s devastating fire.

This one hits close to home. Treehouse was formerly Kingston Kids Early Learning Centre, where our own Bask Early Learning Springwood Centre Manager Kathryn Lee served as Centre Director and Centre Support Manager for a number of years. That centre shaped so much of who she is as a leader, and the community it served clearly meant the world to her.

To the families now scrambling for care, and to the educators who showed up every day and built something special there: please know you have options.

On Monday the Kindergarten children enjoyed a very exciting reptile show as an extension of our Bush Kindy program!
The children learned about some of the wild animals they may encounter in nature and how to stay safe around them. They even got to meet some very cool reptile friends, including a crocodile and a snake! What an amazing hands-on learning experience.a

Last Friday we hosted a beautiful Sip & Paint Night at Mini Palms Creative to celebrate our wonderful mums for Mother’s Day 💐✨

It was such a special evening filled with laughter, creativity, delicious drinks, and beautiful company. Our mums enjoyed creating their own masterpieces while indulging in an incredible spread prepared by Chef Kate 🥂

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the night so memorable. We loved celebrating all the amazing mums in our community 💖

Throughout the week our little learners honoured ANZAC Day by created their very own wreaths using bright colours, handprints, and lots of imagination - each one as unique and special as they are.

Miss Mel had the honour of laying the children’s handmade wreaths at the memorial on their behalf, sharing a moment of remembrance for all of us. It’s such a beautiful way for children to begin understanding gratitude, respect, and the importance of remembering ❤️
