๐Ÿ“‰ Look what happens when students arrive late regularly:
โ€ข 5 minutes late = 17 lessons missed
โ€ข 10 minutes late = 35 lessons missed
โ€ข 15 minutes late = 51 lessons missed
โ€ข 20 minutes late = 69 lessons missed
โ€ข 30 minutes late = 104 lessons missed

Thatโ€™s the equivalent of missing days or even weeks of learning across the year.

โœ… Arriving on time helps students:
โ€ข Start the day calmly
โ€ข Stay connected with their learning
โ€ข Build strong routines
โ€ข Set themselves up for success

Letโ€™s work together to make punctuality a priority because every minute truly matters ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ“š

The excursion provided a valuable insight into the Queensland justice system, allowing students to experience the court environment and gain a deeper understanding of how the legal process works beyond the classroom.

It was fantastic to see students engaging with the experience, asking questions and connecting their classroom learning with real-world justice and legal proceedings. A great day of learning and exploring future pathways in the justice sector! ๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš–๏ธโš–๏ธ๐Ÿ“–

Students toured the facility before training and playing under the guidance of representatives from the Queensland Firebirds. They participated in netball, futsal and a range of other modified games while making use of the professional facilities.

What an incredible opportunity for our STEP students to experience professional sporting environments! A big thank you to Mrs Seymour, an ex-Queensland Firebird herself, for organising the excursion! ๐Ÿ‘
