🌾 Farmyard Fun! 🐷🐔

Scoop, pour, feed, repeat! ✨

Our Nursery 2 children enjoyed a farm-themed sensory experience, using spoons to carefully feed the farm animals with rice while exploring alongside their friends.

Through play, the children developed fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and imaginative thinking as they cared for their farmyard friends. 💛

Learning is always more meaningful when it comes with a little fun! 🐮🌾

💦🎨 Just add water… and watch the magic happen! 🎨💦

Our little artists gathered together to dip, dab, swirl, and create as they explored water painting.

There were colourful brush strokes, imaginative masterpieces, and plenty of opportunities to share ideas with friends. 🌈✨

Creative experiences like these help children build confidence, develop fine motor skills, and express themselves in their own unique way.

We loved seeing where their imaginations took them! 💛

🥖🍗 Chicken Bánh Mì for Lunch! 🍗🥖

The children enjoyed a delicious Chicken Bánh Mì made by Chef Ruairi last Friday. Exploring different flavours and foods from around the world is a great way to encourage adventurous eating and cultural learning.

Well done, Chef Ruairi! 👨‍🍳❤️

🌿 Nature Meets Creativity 🌿

Pre Kindy explored playdough this week alongside natural materials, using rosemary sprigs to poke, press, roll, and create.

This simple sensory experience encouraged creativity, fine motor development, curiosity, and exploration as the children engaged their senses and experimented with different textures and scents.

Learning through play is always more meaningful when we can bring elements of nature into our environments 💚

Today our Happy Hearts children came together as one community to enjoy Luna Roo the Kangaroo alongside thousands of children across Australia 🇦🇺

It was a beautiful experience filled with laughter, curiosity, connection, and shared learning as children from all rooms listened and engaged in the story together 💛
